1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The product must be in its original condition, free from stains, perfumes, alterations, or damage.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, such as:
Custom-stitched or altered garments
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Accessories, innerwear, or items marked as “final sale”
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return (with photos if the item is defective/damaged).
Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions and address.
3. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending an item back, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email/phone.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, voucher, or bank transfer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by Colour Trendz.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card provider (processing times vary).
Contact your bank (there may be a delay in posting the refund).
